Stamford clockwise loop
The Medium route is 45 miles & 2000 ft climbing crosses the A43 at Deene and through the Valley to Ketton and Stamford and loops back through Wansford.

The Long route is 57.5 miles & 2100 ft climbing and follows the same start but keeps on North above Stamford and returns via the Deeping lakes before joining the medium route at Wansford. The shared early route means that riders can drop back and join the Medium route untill Great Casterton. (the middle section of the ride is almost flat and not recommended for very windy days.
