The Medium route loops round Eyebrook while the Longer adds a Rutland loop too


The Medium route is 42 miles; (2200ft) Both routes head straight out to Bulwick and Harringworth the hit the long steady climb up to Gretton with great views of the valley. past the foothills of Rockingham castle to Cottingham and over Brighurst hill to the Eyebrook. Brace yourself for Kings Hill as you climb to the routes peak at Uppingham, well worth popping into Beanz for a recovery coffee mid route we reckon (27 miles) Its here the routes divide.

The Medium route takes the steady drop to Seaton and retraces the outward route back from Harringworth.

The Long route is 61 miles; (3200ft) After Uppingham the long route heads up to Oakham and rounds Rutland water on quiet roads. It then loops back through Ketton, Collyweston and Kings Cliffe.
